Google AdSense disclosure

EuroMedGuide uses Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-9766003311481522) to serve advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site and other websites.

Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show personalized ads, measure campaign performance, and improve advertising services. You can learn more about or opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings. You can also opt out of participating vendors through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

EuroMedGuide presents a consent banner on first visit. Choosing "Accept All" permits personalized advertising. Choosing "Essential only" requests non-personalized ads unless you later change the setting.

Essential site functions may still rely on basic cookies or local storage needed for account sessions, saved preferences, security, and core website performance, even when advertising consent is not granted.

What we collect

Account email addresses so students can sign in, manage access, and receive account notices.
Optional AI matcher profile details such as program interests, budgets, country preferences, return-pathway context, and other research inputs a student chooses to save.
Saved research plans, matcher outputs, and related planning notes connected to the account workspace.

Account data

Session cookies keep signed-in students authenticated across pages.
Passwords are stored as hashed credentials rather than readable plain text.
Email verification or account access codes may be generated and stored for limited periods to confirm account ownership and protect access.

Data minimization

EuroMedGuide is designed to support research and planning, not to collect sensitive identity or admissions files by default.
Students should not submit passports, transcripts, bank statements, medical files, or similar high-risk documents unless EuroMedGuide later provides a clearly identified secure upload feature for that purpose.
We aim to collect only the information needed to deliver the feature a student is actively using.

Your rights

You may request access to the account information and saved planning data associated with your email address.
You can permanently delete your account, saved matcher profile, and saved research plans yourself at any time from Profile Settings, or request deletion by email.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by using our consent banner, Google's Ad Settings, or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tools.
