Read the two right-hand columns against each other. The 36 British four-year degrees are the only programs in Europe that fail the American duration screen, and they sit inside the only group Canada singles out for a faster route. The 28 programs across the rest of Europe are the mirror image: fine on American duration, no Canadian shortcut.
The Canadian wording is worth quoting carefully because it is conditional. For the UK, the recorded position is that PEBC says eligible UK graduates may qualify for the streamlined pathway after Document Evaluation. For Ireland, that Republic of Ireland graduates may qualify for its streamlined pathway after Document Evaluation. May, and after — this is a screening step you still have to pass, not a fast track you are handed.

Six of the seven are the whole of Ireland's English-taught pharmacy provision. The seventh is a single route at one British university — University College London's Pharmacy with Integrated Foundation Training, which runs five years where the UK's other 36 pharmacy programs run four. UCL also teaches a four-year MPharm, so the route matters more than the university name: one of UCL's two pharmacy degrees clears the American screen and the other does not.
Two caveats on that list of seven, and both are the kind that change plans. The University of Galway's official course page states there are currently no places available to non-EU students for the 2026/27 intake, so a Canadian or American applicant cannot use it this cycle regardless of how well it screens. And South East Technological University has no confirmed current-cycle fee on this site, so you would be applying without a published price.
That leaves four Irish programs a North American applicant can actually cost out today: Atlantic Technological University at €12,000, Trinity College Dublin at €21,230, University College Cork at €22,200 and RCSI at €25,000.
What clearing both screens costs

The full FPGEC and PEBC routes are longer than either and involve examinations, English requirements and state or provincial registration on top.
