Almost every European pharmacy degree is a five-year integrated master's, and that length is not incidental — the US FPGEC route screens on degree duration, and a four-year degree does not clear it.
Every program in the cheapest table above runs five years. So the low fee is not being bought with a shorter degree, which is the first thing to check anywhere else.
